


Mama Connect
Mama Connect is a welcoming postpartum group exercise class designed to support women in their return to movement after birth. Led by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, each class is thoughtfully tailored to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and move with confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Babies are welcome, and you’ll be surrounded by other mums who understand the physical and emotional journey of early motherhood. Whether you're navigating abdominal separation, pelvic floor symptoms, or just need time for you, Mama Connect is more than a workout — it's a space to heal, feel empowered, and connect.
Mama Connect is not your average group exercise class — it’s a personalised and empowering journey back to strength. Every mama begins with a one-on-one consultation and full-body assessment (both static and dynamic) to help us understand your unique needs and goals. From there, you’ll follow a thoughtfully designed 3-phase program that supports your body from the inside out — addressing breathing mechanics, posture, pelvic floor function, and core reconnection. As you progress, we’ll guide you toward more advanced strength training and higher-impact movements if and when you're ready. Our 12-week format gives your body the time it deserves, with the option to continue beyond as you rebuild confidence, capacity, and connection..
