What We Offer

At HER Health Performance & Rehabilitation, we provide evidence-based exercise physiology services tailored specifically to women across every stage of life. Our approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and confident return to exercise — helping women move safely, build strength, and better understand their bodies.

We offer individualised assessments, tailored exercise programming, small group classes, and ongoing support for women navigating all stages of life.

  • Mama Connect is a welcoming postpartum group exercise class designed to support women in their return to movement after birth. Led by a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist, each class is thoughtfully tailored to help you rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, and move with confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Babies are welcome, and you’ll be surrounded by other mums who understand the physical and emotional journey of early motherhood. Whether you're navigating abdominal separation, pelvic floor symptoms, or just need time for you, Mama Connect is more than a workout — it's a space to heal, feel empowered, and connect.

Mama Connect is not your average group exercise class — it’s a personalised and empowering journey back to strength. Every mama begins with a one-on-one consultation and full-body assessment (both static and dynamic) to help us understand your unique needs and goals. From there, you’ll follow a thoughtfully designed 3-phase program that supports your body from the inside out — addressing breathing mechanics, posture, pelvic floor function, and core reconnection. As you progress, we’ll guide you toward more advanced strength training and higher-impact movements if and when you're ready. Our 12-week format gives your body the time it deserves, with the option to continue beyond as you rebuild confidence, capacity, and connection..

WAITLIST is open for JULY/AUG. Class numbers are limited. If you’re keen to join our community, please leave your details below and we will be in touch with more information!

  • Once you have been given the all clear by your health care provider, your next best best point of call is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to assist you with safe prescription of exercise during this exciting time. We work closely with you through your whole pregnancy journey to assist with keeping you moving and reducing any aches & pains that arise during this period. All our classes are not your average group exercise class. They are tailored to each individual within the class, and their specific needs. You will be required to have an initial consultation where a throughout assessment both static and dynamic will be done allowing us to design the perfect program for you and your personal goals. Exercise programming during this time will pivot towards maintaining current strengths, reducing risks, education, improve core training strategy, postural adaptation considerations, breathing mechanics and ultimately preparation for labour. If this is something you wish to know more about, please fill out the form below and we will be in touch with more information

  • Transitioning into menopause? Navigating a recent prolapse diagnosis, or maybe you experience chronic hip and low back pain that doesn’t seem to resolve despite making modification to your training program. You may need to take a different, more holistic approach to treating your symptoms and addressing the whole body is imperative. All our classes are not your average group exercise class. They are tailored to each individual within the class, and their specific needs. You will be required to have an initial consultation where a throughout assessment both static and dynamic will be done allowing us to design the perfect program for you and your personal goals. Our programs are a 3 phased approach addressing everything from breathing mechanics, posture & alignment, pelvic floor function & connection, reconnecting with your core transitioning through to more advanced strength movements & higher intensity/impact (if desired).

Experiencing chronic pain as a result of chronic conditions like endometriosis, fibromyalgia, PCOS can be debilitating and often can leave you unsure how to navigate the gap between restorative exercise and progressing to advance strength blocks without a flare in your symptoms. You need a tailored approach specific to you and learning how to modify your program during a flare is key. Here at HER. Health, we teach you all of this. We provide you with a toolbox of strategies that can only help you manage your condition, but see consistent improvements.

  • ENDO RESTORE is a specialised exercise and education class designed specifically for women living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, chronic pelvic pain, and related pelvic health conditions.

This class has been created to provide a safe, supportive environment where women can learn to move in a way that works with their body — not against it. We understand that living with endometriosis is far more than “just period pain.” It can impact energy levels, mobility, pelvic floor function, digestion, bladder symptoms, nervous system regulation, strength, confidence, and overall quality of life.

At HER Health Performance & Rehabilitation, our approach goes beyond simply prescribing exercise. ENDO RESTORE combines evidence-based movement, strength training, mobility work, breathing strategies, nervous system regulation, and pelvic health education to help support your body through the unique challenges endometriosis can bring.

Each session is guided by women’s health Accredited Exercise Physiologists who understand the complexities of endometriosis and persistent pelvic pain. Exercises are individually modified to suit your symptoms, flare-ups, surgical history, current capacity, and personal goals. Whether you are newly diagnosed, recovering from surgery, struggling with flare-ups, or wanting to rebuild strength and trust in your body again — this class is designed to meet you where you are.

Most importantly, ENDO RESTORE provides the opportunity to exercise alongside other women who understand the journey — creating a supportive community where you feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout your rehabilitation process.

This is not a “push through the pain” style class. It is a restorative, intelligent approach to movement designed to help women reconnect with their body, improve function, and gradually build resilience over time.

  • MENOPAUSE STRONG is a specialised strength and education class designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Hormonal changes during this stage of life can significantly impact muscle mass, bone density, metabolism, energy levels, recovery, joint health, pelvic floor function, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Many women begin to notice changes in their body that make previous approaches to exercise no longer feel effective — or even possible.

At HER Health Performance & Rehabilitation, we believe menopause should not mean slowing down or accepting discomfort as “just part of ageing.” MENOPAUSE STRONG has been created to help women better understand these changes while building strength, confidence, resilience, and long-term health through evidence-based exercise.

This class combines progressive strength training, mobility work, balance training, pelvic floor and core integration, cardiovascular conditioning, and education tailored specifically to the menopausal transition. Sessions are guided by women’s health Accredited Exercise Physiologists who understand the unique physiological and musculoskeletal changes that occur during this stage of life.

Our focus is not simply on exercise — it’s on helping women feel strong, capable, and supported within their bodies again. Each session can be modified to suit individual injuries, fitness levels, symptoms, and goals, whether you are completely new to exercise or wanting to continue training safely and effectively through menopause.

Most importantly, MENOPAUSE STRONG provides a welcoming and supportive community where women can train alongside others navigating a similar stage of life — helping to remove the fear, confusion, and isolation that can often surround menopause.

This class is designed to empower women with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to continue moving well, lifting strong, and prioritising their health for the long term.

  • STRONG BONES is a specialised exercise and education class designed for individuals with osteopenia, osteoporosis, low bone density, or those wanting to proactively support their long-term bone health.

As we age, natural changes in bone density, muscle mass, balance, and strength can increase the risk of falls, fractures, pain, and loss of independence. Many people are told to “be careful” after an osteoporosis diagnosis — but avoiding movement is often the opposite of what the body truly needs.

At HER Health Performance & Rehabilitation, we use evidence-based exercise to help safely load the body in a way that supports bone health, builds strength, improves balance, and increases confidence in movement. STRONG BONES has been specifically designed by Accredited Exercise Physiologists to provide safe, supervised exercise tailored to the unique needs of individuals with reduced bone density.

This class combines progressive strength training, balance work, posture retraining, functional movement, impact-loading strategies where appropriate, and education to help improve overall musculoskeletal health and reduce fracture risk. Exercises are individually modified based on medical history, injury history, spinal considerations, fitness levels, and current capacity.

Our focus is not only on improving bone density — but also on helping participants feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in everyday life.

Our Process

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Every journey at HER Health Performance & Rehabilitation begins with a comprehensive initial consultation. During this session, we take the time to thoroughly discuss your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, previous exercise experience, and any concerns you may have surrounding movement or your condition.

We then complete a series of individualised assessments which may include posture, breathing mechanics, core and pelvic floor coordination, mobility, strength, movement patterns, balance, and functional testing depending on your presentation and goals.

This appointment allows us to gain a complete understanding of your body and create a plan that is specific to you — not a generic exercise prescription.

TAILORED PLAN CONSULTATION

Following your assessment, we book a subsequent consultation to guide you through your personalised rehabilitation and exercise plan.

During this session, we explain your assessment findings, discuss the reasoning behind your program, and ensure you feel confident with your exercises, modifications, and overall plan moving forward. We believe education is a huge part of the rehabilitation process, so we prioritise helping you understand your body and the “why” behind what we do.

ONGOING SUPPORT & EXERCISE PATHWAY

From here, we help transition you into the style of support that best suits your goals, needs, and preferences. Depending on your presentation and comfort level, this may include:

  • Small group classes

  • Ongoing 1:1 consultations

  • Semi-private rehabilitation sessions

  • Self-managed exercise programming with clinician support

Our goal is to help you build confidence, independence, strength, and long-term sustainability with exercise — while still feeling supported along the way..

REGULAR REVIEWS

We complete formal reviews approximately every 12 weeks to reassess progress, update goals, repeat relevant testing, and progress your program as needed.

These reviews help ensure your exercise plan continues to evolve alongside your body, symptoms, capacity, and goals — allowing us to provide the most effective and individualised care possible.
