What the Evolt 360 Measures

Unlike a simple weight or BMI test, the Evolt 360 uses bioelectrical impedance technology (BIA) to provide a detailed breakdown of your body composition in under a minute.
It measures:

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) – how much lean muscle you have across each limb and trunk, helping identify imbalances or weaknesses.

How the Evolt 360 Works

The Evolt 360 operates using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) a safe, low-level electrical current passed through the body.

Here’s how it works:

  1. You stand barefoot on the machine and hold the handles.

  2. A small, painless electrical signal travels through your body’s water content.

  3. Because muscle, fat, and water conduct electricity differently, the Evolt 360 can accurately calculate tissue composition.

  4. Data is instantly processed by the Evolt algorithm and displayed in your personalised report.
